Glitter Spreading Automation

It is designed to print and spread quickly for glitter coating or pattern applications on different materials and to increase the production amount per unit time.

The main goal is to increase glitter printing quality, speed production and minimize glitter loss.

The main components of the machine;

• Semi-automatic screen printing machine (for pattern) or Plastering machine (for coating)
• Spreading cabin with variable vibration level
• Rubber roller crushers
• Drying line – belt conveyor
• Absorbers that collect excess glitter from the surface.

The main components of the system will vary depending on the type of work to be done.
